Privacy notice

This website collects only two things: what you send through the contact form, and the web server's access logs.

Server access logs

When you visit the site, the web server records your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page, your browser's user agent and the response status. We use these logs to operate the site and keep it secure. They are kept for 12 months and then deleted.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, the details you enter (company, country, sector, contact person, business email, expected volume, deployment preference and your message) are sent to us by email. The web server does not store them beyond its mail log. We use them to answer your enquiry and, if one follows, to prepare a licence agreement. Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted within 12 months of our last exchange.

No cookies, no tracking

The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, no tracking pixels and no third-party scripts. Fonts are served from this site.

Server access logs: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Contact form: steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, write to info@identivero.com.
