Licence terms in brief
The terms on which Identivero licenses the Identivero verification platform. This page is a summary; the written licence agreement governs.
The offer

Further terms
- Governing law and courts: The laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America; the state and federal courts located in Delaware
- Identivero may end the licence for non-payment 14 days after written notice.
- The licensee receives no rights in the software beyond the licence.
- The licensee's customers use the service; they do not receive the software.
